One of the hallmarks of Carmelite Carefree Village, at least according to many residents, is the food; it is one of the things residents miss most when away from “The Village” for a period of time. Our kitchen staff prepares 3 home-served meals per day (along with an optional Continental Breakfast), seven days a week (Want proof? Just watch them mashing real potatoes, not relying on the easier instant mashed potatoes.).

The menus are varied, will satisfy most tastes, and are served restaurant- styled. Not only are these meals delicious but they are also designed with an eye toward the unique nutritional needs of Seniors. Residents receive selections from every food group each and every day.

Also, a Juice & Beverage Bar as well as snacks are available in the Dining Room daily. Finally, those temporary cravings, like a candy bar, can be satisfied in our “Little Store”.
